Rescuers evacuated seven homes of Kharkov, which threatened to fire. A woman who lived on the ill-fated apartment, and did send in an ambulance with burns of hands and smoke inhalation. Fire extinguished by firefighters about 40 minutes, but the culprit of the fire could not be saved. The man died before the arrival of rescuers. Neighbors are not surprised by the incident.
